We warrant that if your Arcamax Computer system proves to be defective in material and workmanship under normal use, we will provide, without charge, the parts and labour necessary to remedy such defect for the applicable warranty periods set forth below.

However, if any product becomes obsolete within the warranty, the same may be exchanged for a higher capacity product paying the difference amount.

Warranty shall commence on the date of purchase by original retail customer and shall be effective only if aforementioned customer returns within 30 days of purchase, the warranty card to Arcamax Computer Systems Pvt. Ltd.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING. BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THAT APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT FOLLOWING PERIODS OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY ARCAMAX SYATEM AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL INDIRECT, INCEDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE WHICH OCCURS IN TRANSIT, OR RESULT FROM ALTERATION, ACCIDENT, MISUSE OR ABUSE, NOR DOES IT COVER SET INSTALLATION ADJUSTMENT OR CUSTOMER CONTROLS OR PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM INADEQUATE SIGNALS FROM THE COMPUTER AND OTHER SOURCES, OR DAMAGE WHILE IN POSSESSION OF THE CONSUMER NOT RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP AND DAMAGE CAUSED BY ACCIDENT TO, TAMPERING OR OPENING THE SYSTEM OR BY OTHER NORMAL USE OR DEFECTS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY COMPUTER VIRUSES OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REPAIRS PERFORMED OTHER THAN BY AUTHORISED ARCAMAX SERVICE.
